3. Candidate and Global Gator Guru Consulting agree to the following rules of behavior:

• Develop and maintain a growth and learning mindset.
• Develop and practice emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Candidate is responsible and accountable for all decisions and actions.

4. During the 30-minute session the following will be discussed:

• What is the candidate objectives and understanding of the coaching and mentoring cycle? What is Global Gator Guru Consulting’s function and how can I help you…coach, mentor, facilitator, teacher, support, leader, example…?
• What is the candidate Bottom-Line-Up-Front Problem Statement?
• What is the candidate’s vision?
• How long does the candidate envision the E2E process to the end-state vision will take…what is the target date?  
• What is the candidate’s business knowledge learning curve (how much do you know about business)?
• Candidate and Global Gator Guru Consulting will summarize the potential way-ahead based on the informational inventory discussed.
